January 2009

The Figure Skating Club of Park City is accepting membership applications for the 2008 – 2009 season.  FSCPC is a non-profit organization and is established as a member club of the United States Figure Skating Association.  The club is for those skaters who want to become more active in the sport of figure skating.  Skaters of all ages and ability levels who are interested in taking private lessons, competing, and performing in exhibitions are invited to join the club.

Members will have the opportunity to participate in Club Ice & Class (exclusive club ice time and figure skating classes), Club Freestyle Ice (exclusive club freestyle ice time, clinics & seminars, and performances/exhibitions.  Some other benefits our members will enjoy are club activities and social events, the club newsletter, a membership directory, and their picture posted on the club bulletin board.

Each Club Ice & Class session will consist of a 30 minute figure skating class that will vary in content from week to week (ie. stroking & edges, moves in the field, ice dancing, synchronized skating, jumps and spins) and 45 minutes of freestyle ice time.  Skaters can schedule private lessons during this time for an additional fee.

Sessions will be held at the Park City Ice Arena on:

Club Ice & Class  Thursdays 4:30-6:30pm
